Yes, Spa World Beauty services must be booked in advance.

appointments can ONLY be made online through the booking portal.

There are no cancellation fees, all cancellations must be done so online through the same portal the
appointments were initially booked through. In the email confirmation you receive upon booking, there
will be a link within that email to cancel/reschedule.
Clients who no-show without prior notice/cancellation, will be charged 20% of the service they booked.
These services are non-refundable, please make sure to cancel/reschedule your appointments at least
24 hrs before to prevent no-show fees.
All clients are required to input credit card information at the time of booking. We require credit card
information as an initial 20% deposit will be charged upon booking.
Upon booking an appointment, all customers will be required to input credit card information and will
subsequently be charged 20% of their total service cost. Once the service is completed, clients will be
charged the remaining cost of their service (For example: Mini Facial = $95, 20% deposit will be
collected upon booking which in this example would be $19. Once the service is completed, clients will
be charged the remaining $76).
If you are only coming to get a Spa World Beauty service done, you will not be expected to pay the Spa
World General Admission fee. Please note, getting a Spa World Beauty service done does not also give
clients access to Spa World amenities - if you wish to also utilize the Spa World amenities, you must
pay an admission fee.
If you paid the Spa World General Admission fee, you will have a locker key. Though that locker key is
used to charge for other purchases within Spa World, that locker key CANNOT be used to charge your
Spa World Beauty service. Please make sure to bring a form of payment with you to your service, either
cash, card, or electronic payment (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc ).
While Spa World Beauty operates within the Spa World facility, they are separate entities. If you have
any questions or concerns regarding Spa World Beauty, all inquiries must be directed to the Spa World
Beauty email or phone number - Spa World staff cannot assist with Spa World Beauty inquiries, please
make sure you correspond with the correct department.
Yes, all of our technicians are well experienced and licensed within the state of Virginia. Each
technician holds different lengths of experience, which will result in differing prices technician to
technician for Permanent makeup services.
It depends on the service. It is safe to use the Spa World amenities, such as the dry sauna rooms andjacuzzis, after any of the facial services. However, we would discourage clients from using the SpaWorld amenities after services such as Permanent Makeup, Hair/Scalp treatments, and BodyTreatments, nonetheless please ask your technician if you have any concerns.
Spa World Beauty offers a range of services, from facial services that address a wide range of skin
concerns, permanent makeup services, scalp treatments designed to improve the appearance of hair
loss/thinning, and body treatments aimed at toning and sculpting troublesome spots.
Not all services will be suitable for all people. Individuals who have or are: pregnant, kidney disease,
cardiovascular disease, diabetes, infection, communicable disease, keloids, pacemakers, and
extremely sensitive skin, should refrain from all services. Individuals with any medical conditions should
consult with their physician prior to receiving services.
All clients must be at least 18 years or older to receive any Spa World Beauty services, no exceptions.
Permanent makeup involves micro-needling pigment into the skin to enhance features like eyebrows,
eyeliner, and lips. It's a semi-permanent solution that can save time on daily makeup application and
create long-lasting results. However, it requires maintenance over time to keep the color fresh and
vibrant.
Makeup tattooing is a form of permanent makeup, but that is not the technique we use at Spa World
Beauty. We use micro-needling techniques for permanent makeup, involving the use of fine needles to
deposit pigment into the skin, creating a semi-permanent effect. It's less invasive than traditional
tattooing makeup and can be used for subtle and natural looking enhancements like eyebrow shaping
or lip tinting.
Despite the name “permanent makeup”, Spa World Beauty’s permanent makeup services, utilizing
micro-needling techniques, are not forever permanent - these services are designed to offer long lasting semi-permanent effects, though the effects may lessen over time, depending upon touch up frequency and the client’s aftercare.
Clients should arrive at their appointment with clean skin (no makeup). For first time clients, please
make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.
Otherwise there is no other necessary preparation.

No, the body treatments offered by Spa World Beauty are not surgical. These services are designed to
be non-invasive, requiring no down time/recovery time. These services are not guaranteed to provide
permanent major body transformations, rather they are designed to offer subtle transformations and
improvement in appearance to troublesome spots.
Yes, the PMU and Hair/Scalp services do require some minimal aftercare to maintain the desired
outcome. The aftercare protocol will be given to you by your technician.
No, touch ups are NOT included with the initial price of service. Please ask your technician for touch up
details and pricing.
No, tips are not included with the price of the service. Tips are always welcomed and appreciated by
